Mandy has worked for more than 30 years in the Insurance Industry, primarily as a broker and underwriter working for medium sized brokerages and international brokers and dealing with a wide range of clients from small business to publicly listed companies.
Mandy is married to Robert and has 2 children John and Jaslyn. In 2011 she joined Robert in their newly formed company CPR Insurance Services as authorised representatives allowing them to work with clients providing insurance and risk management solutions that always act in the clients bests interest. They are passionate about giving back to the community to build a better community for all, which is something Mandy, Robert and the team at CPR believe in. The business has grown from strength to strength and is now 8 years old with 3 support staff and has recently been named as one of the 100 faces of small business by the Queensland Government along with Insurance Business Brokerage of the year 1-5 staff in 2018.
Along with the busy commitments of running a small business Mandy is often involved in local community projects (Anzac Day service in Windsor; facilitating the Kedron Brook Business Group).
Previously Mandy trained as a breastfeeding counsellor and volunteered on the breastfeeding helpline run by the Australian Breastfeeding Association to assist mothers and their families with breastfeed and parenting issues.
Mandy joined the ChaplainWatch Management Committee at the 2018 AGM and looks forward to continuing her work with the local community and ChaplainWatch in building connections with businesses and awareness of the much needed support to keep this service running and broadening the services provided.
